Day 1: Understanding the Issues

- International Commitments: Understand Vietnam’s international commitments regarding Extended Producer Responsibility in Marine Plastic Waste Management.

Day 2: Empowering Women

- Report on Women in the Informal Sector: Get insights into the current status of women in the informal sector.
- Gender Equality: Discuss the integration of gender equality in the fight against marine pollution from plastic waste.
Afternoon
- Role of Women in the Informal Sector: Delve deeper into the role of women in managing marine plastic waste.
- Survey: Share your insights through an interactive survey.
- Policy Improvements: Engage in discussions and brainstorm solutions to improve policy implementation, focusing on Extended Producer Responsibility.
Day 3: Field Trip and Awards Ceremony

- Field Trip: Experience a real-world visit to a plastic production factory by An Phat Holding Groups.
- Lunch: Enjoy a meal with your fellow participants and reflect on the workshop experiences.
Afternoon
- Exhibition and Awards Ceremony: Explore an insightful exhibition and attend the award ceremony for the “Let’s Save the Sea – Call from the Ocean” contest organized by UNEP.
